Rose Gables was modeled after a luxurious Victorian House. Beautiful crown molding, hand stenciled walls, and Laurie’s attention to detail with the perfect décor lend to its wonderful ambiance. The deck and garden areas provide a perfect place to relax and take in the breathtaking views. As with any mountain resort, we have warm summers perfect for being at the lake, and snowy winters for those who prefer to be out skiing.
You determine how active or relaxed your stay will be. We have cabinets of games for your pleasure, and an extensive book and media library as well. When you do venture out, we can provide you with detailed information about the local shopping and dining options, as well as assist you in reserving exciting activities like water skiing, snow skiing, or taking leisurely tours around the lake.

A few things to consider:
Rose Gables is run as a traditional bed and breakfast experience, with a few modern accessories such as in-room televisions with DVD/VCR players, and small refrigerators. A “social” breakfast is served promptly at 9 a.m. in the Dining Room.
If you would like to upgrade your dining experience, most guest rooms allow you the option of upgrading your breakfast service (additional charges apply).
